Information provided is practical guidance only and may change without notice. By using our free guides or paid products, you acknowledge this and agree to these Terms of Service. Official visa, entry, and in-country decisions are made by the Embassy or Consulate of Mozambique in your country of origin (before travel) and by the National Migration Service (SENAMI) for post-entry procedures. Mozambique Discovery provides remote client support, including email support within 24 hours for registered account holders and Smart Travel Planner buyers, to help you prepare, understand processes, and avoid unnecessary steps. Higher-touch personal or business support services may be offered in a later stage under separate scope and authorisation.

Customer Accounts
When you create a Mozambique Discovery account by email and password, you provide profile information including first name, surname, email, phone or mobile number, date of birth, and country of origin or departure, plus explicit consent to our Privacy Policy and these Terms. Google sign-in supplies name and email only; you must complete phone number and date of birth immediately before using your account. We require a complete profile to verify that account holders are at least 18 years old, because paid purchases and certain services are legally limited to adults. Incomplete profiles cannot purchase the Smart Travel Planner or access registered-user features such as the directory and future member services. We use profile data to authenticate you, personalise your dashboard, deliver purchased digital products, provide email support within 24 hours, maintain invoices, and process account deletion requests.
Personal Data and Free Resources
When you request the Essential Mozambique Travel & Entry Guide or submit other lead forms on our site, you provide personal data such as your name, email address, preferred language, planning intent, timeline, optional message, and explicit consent to our Privacy Policy and these Terms. We process this data to deliver the PDF guide, respond to your request, send relevant follow-up, and improve our services. Our legal basis for this processing is your consent under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
